The window gauze is a kind of very thin fabric made of polyester. The gauze is commonly used with curtain fabrics in the form of one layer curtain fabric and one layer gauze.

Window Gauze Functions

1.      Adjust indoor light: To allow light and provide shade according to the needs of everyday life. Protect the furniture (computer, wooden floor, carpets, piano and etc) from color fading, deformation, and even malfunction caused by the burning of strong sun.

2.      Adjust room temperature: The summer heat goes in the house through window in summer, and the indoor heat goes out through window in winter. The window gauze can block out the direct sunlight in summer and prevent the cold air coming in from outside in winter.

3.      Reduce Noise: The window is like a communication medium between the indoor and outdoor. The outdoor voice passes through the window into the indoor. Using the thicker curtain fabrics such as velvet can absorb noise and insulate the sound to a certain extent.

4.      Decoration: The curtains with colorful designs, rich patterns and composed by different materials take important role in the interior decoration. Either looking from the inside or outside, the curtain is a significant way to express the feelings of the resident and to communicate with the living environment

Fire Retardant (FR) Characteristic 

1) The flame extinguishes immediately once the source of ignition removed.

2) Permanently fire resistant: the fabric still has the same FR quality after 50 times washing

3) FR Standard: B1

6) Non-toxic, No black smoke during burning, No pungent odour, green environmental product

7) The appearance is like ordinary fabric, but softer with better handfeel than ordinary polyester fiber.
