Vanilla Bean, Planifolia, Country of Origin Mexico.
Texture of bean is flexible but firm and of dark brown to black colour. Bean legth ranges from 15cm- 25cm depending on the grade of vanilla. Odour is sweet, creamy with hints of spice.
Humidity Levels between 24%-30%.
Our vanilla is harvested only when ripe, thus ensuring full maturity of bean pods and oprimize their vanillin content. Packaging of Vanilla is done is vacuum seal bags but we can provide other packaging options upon request.
