Rolls unwinding unit
1. Upper unwinding shaft adopts pneumatic core shaft, making it easy for position alignment of material loading. Loadable film diameter≤φ600mm, width≤1200mm, both sides of unwinding device are equipped with pneumatic locking device.
① Unwinding tension is equipped with magnetic powder brake(25Nm)and roller type encoder for speed measurement to carry out automatic control, they infinitize the size of roll diameter, meanwhile pneumatic tension floating rolls are attached in between.
② Unwinding traction roll keeps accordant with main motor (3KW) for unwinding material output to ensure stable material feeding.

Monolithic materials will enter the V-shaped metal sheet for segmentation.
Pneumatic tension balancing device
Pneumatic tension balancing device is provided with opposite sides adjustment device for upper layer materials and pattern adjustment device for lower layer materials. Floating tension roller as well as pneumatic tension adjustment will transform continuous feeding into stepping feeding, making material output more effective, equipped with scrap slitting device. They keep balance with traction tension, making material ametabolic and stable conveying.
Bottom material feeding device for stand-up bag
1. In between the tension balance device, there are two groups of automatic tension control devices for bottom material conveying and shaping.
2. Pneumatic core shaft is for positioning , magnetic powder brake is for tension control, air cylinder is for tension adjustment, small-sized setsquare is for shaping and punching device is for hole punching
Vertical sealing unit
1. Four groups of corresponding heat sealing and cooling devices from top to bottom are available for independent adjustment by horizontal movement and linear adjustment by unidirectional cutter.
2. Contactless thermostatic control
3. The available length for heat sealing is 640 mm and the available length for cooling is 510 mm
4. Heat insulation cloths and clamp membrane exhaust device from top to bottom
5. The quantity of assembling unit is adjustable according to clients requirement.
Traverse sealing unit
1. Equipped with two sets of AC 1.5KW servo motors for material feeding traction drive;
2. Traverse sealing floating roller device is equipped with Hall-effect switch to detect signals of tension floating roller, thus, it will effectively adjust the torque output of traction servo motor. Film tension can be adjusted by pneumatic device;
3. Up-and-down heat pressing for traverse sealing is driven by frequency conversion decelerating motor (3KW), possessing the function of heat sealing speed adjustment;
4. Contactless thermostatic control and equipped with five groups of specialized traverse sealing devices (640mm for heat sealing length);
5. Two groups of cooling devices can guarantee effective cold sealing;
6. Moveable punching device is used for adjustment on all sides, as long as punching device fastens the bracket;
7. Photoelectric positioning device can move backwards and forwards with bilateral micro-adjustment for the color code position involved;
8. Integrated type of film scrap eliminating and punching device can carry out manual position adjustment;
9. Electrostatic eliminator is for fear of irregularity after cutting and drift rate of finished bags;
10. Equipped with adjustable conveying function and output for sufficient quantity;

Film scrap rewinder 1 set
Aluminium roller by electrochemical anode treatment together with rib reinforcement ensures film non-darkening. All of other parts have been phosphate coated for fear of rust.
