There are 3 kind of TELFON rod. Diameter 4-9 mm rod was made of 100% TELFON by paste extrusion processing; diameter 10-50 mm was made by great use Teflon resin suspended by the plunger extrusion processing; diameter more than 50 mm is made by molded process.
In the known plastic, TELFON has the most excellent chemical resistance and dielectric performance, non aging, not sticky, in no load cases it may be used at -180℃～+260℃, in known solid material it has minimum friction coefficient.
