This enclosed style round groove series is recommended for use where maximum carrying capacity is desired but thickness space available is limited. The balls are retained between two hardened steel races banded together by a mild steel or brass sleeve on the outside diameter. The double grooved raceways provide increased capacity without increasing the overall thickness of the bearing.
