A3WGFDHGFA3WG7 resin is a 35% glass fiber reinforced injection molding PA66 grade for machinery components and housings of high stiffness and dimensional stability Advantages: 35% glass fibers reinforced Good resistance Good flow ability Good heat-ageing stabilized Good suitability to surface treatments Typical applications/end uses: Used in many industries eg automotive, E and E, medical, house appliance, good mechanical properties and process-ability also are suitable for various structural parts Processing guidelines: Material handling: PA (nylon) materials must be properly dried in order to provide parts with optimum strength and toughness, nylon materials are hygroscopic and will become degraded by excessive moisture during the injection molding process
Products are supplied in moisture-protected containers and drying prior to molding is not required, if drying becomes necessary, dehumidifying or desiccant dryer operating at 80°C is recommended, drying time is dependent on moisture level, but 4-6 hours is generally sufficient Make sure final moisture content must be less than 0.2% Typical profile: Melt temperature: 220 to 250°C
Mold temperature: 70 to 90°C, but temperatures of as low as 45°C and as high as 105°C can be used where applicable
Injection pressure: 70-90MPa Fill rate: Fast fill rates are recommended to ensure uniform melt delivery to cavity and prevent premature freezing
Surface appearance is directly affected by injection rate

DURACON® is a crystalline thermoplastic acetal copolymer. The primary raw material trioxane, a trimer of formaldehyde.

The thermoplastic adopts a copolymer structure in which polyoxymethylene (-C-O) and carbon-carbon (-C-C- bond) comonomer groups are incorporated into its main chain. Therefore the copolymer has superior chemical and thermal stability, compared with acetal homopolymer.
