With Rapidy CPV Ag Test Kit, Canine Parvovirus can be easily and accurately diagnosed in less than 10 minutes.

Rapidy Canine Parvovirus Ag Testdevice is an immunochromatographic assay for the qualitative detection of Canine Parvovirus antigen (CPV Ag) in canine feces. The Test Device has a letter of T and C as test line and control line on the surface of the card. Both the test line and control line in result window are not visible before applying any samples. Control line should always appear if the test procedure is performed properly and the test reagents of control line are working. A purple test line will be visible in the result window if there are enough Parvovirus antigens in the specimen. The specially selected Canine Parvovirus antibodies are used in test band as both capture and detector materials. These enable the Rapidy CPV Ag Test Device to identify CPV Ag in canine feces with a high degree of accuracy.

Materials Provided

- Aluminum foil pouch containing one test cassette with a dropper and a desiccant

- Sample collection tube containing the assay diluent

- Single packed swab

- Instruction for use

Sample Preparation

- Collect samples from canine feces using the swab or just insert wetted swab into recta to bring out feces.

- Insert the swab into the assay diluent. Agitate the swab sufficiently to assure good sample extraction.

Test Procedure

1) Allow all kit components and specimen to reach room temperature prior to testing.

2) Remove the test cassette from the foil pouch prior to use.

3) Place the test cassette horizontally, Drop 3 drops of the specimen into the S hole.

4) Interpret test results in 5-10 minutes.
