Our desiccant rotor is made of 82% active Silica gel content and only 16% glass fiber content as frame support of silica gel, and the remaining 2 % is the Acrylic surface coating. The glass fiber is processed at high temperature and totally packaged by silica gel content thus safe when ventilation. The density of dry material is approx. 240 kg/m3. The desiccant media can pick up approx. 40% of its dry weight as moisture in humid environment. The surface compression strength of the rotor is more than 200 kPa.
