B. Can i have samples?
Yes, certainly.Sample cost will be refunded when you place your first 20ft orders

C. What about the minimum order quantity?
20ft container, trial order for testing is acceptable
 
D. How about OEM service? such as, customized box and put my logo on the goods?
We do offer OEM services, detailed terms are as below:
(1) Minimum order quantity:1000 pieces, free customized box and logo printing on goods
(2) Quantity 1000 pieces, costly customized box and logo printing on goods, detailed cost will be quoted according to your requirements

E. Can we buy the fitting parts?
Yes, but we will not sell them separately, the parts is sold together with our machines 

F. Can we get wearing parts for free?
Yes, we can offer you 2% wearing parts for free based on your quantity
 
g. What are the considerations for operation?
1) Please make sure the mini blender bottle have enough electric power before starting.
2) Please make sure the whole container is fixed before starting.
 
H. How about customized box and put my logo on the goods?
——Customized box and logo will be free if more than 500pcs for each model. We can print your logo on machine. Color box and brown carton can be fine designed as well.

We can offer sample for testing, the buyer pay for sample and delivery cost. If there are formal orders during 5 months from sample date, we are provided product accessories.
 
2). Sample Ready date:
Within 7 days after receipt sample free.
