Delivery & after sales service           
1. The Ecotope mist net will be ready for delivery within 5 days after your payment.
2. The product parcel will be send to you by Standard international shipping courier and you will receive within 30 days, but the specific date is depend on the area you are in.  
3. The parcel will be declared as a gift and we will try our best to help you to legally minimize the tax. But I am not responsible for any duty or tax.
4. If you cannot receive the items within 45 working days, send an email to us, we will resend the items to you or make a refund to you.
5. If you are not satisfied with the Item, you can return it with original condition and money will be refund. You should pay the fees for return shipping! Please contact us by email before returning the goods.
6. If an Item is arrived broken, please take a picture to show us how the item damaged so that we can improving the packing in the future and send a new one to you.
