Our LUNICFLEX Polyurethane based sports floor covering system is composed of the application of 4 different polyurethane components on top of the roll pad infrastructure that is produced out of the rand polyurethane and the recycle granulometric rubber mix that is 4-10 mm thick.

LUNICFLEX MULTI

This is the system that is used in tartan tracks most commonly and also known as the sandwich system. A mix of special granulometric recycle rubber and elastic polyurethane is spread on the floor at a desired thickness with the help of a paving machine on the application field. Supporting it with 2K elastic polyurethane sealer and selflevelling systems and spreading granulometric EPDM above at desired thickness and colors, the lane lines are applied and the process is finished.

LUNICFLEX MULTI is a system that meets the IAAF requirements and contains Elastic Polyurethane components. It provides floors that have high performance and long life and no requirement for maintenance.

It is an athleticism track floor covering also called as the Full Polyurethane system. It is an ideal system for sprinter and long distance racers. Thanks to the high performance Polyurethane components that it contains and elastic, resistant EPDM granules above provide an optimum comfort and impact absorbing feature.
