IMBIAN-SARS-CoV-2-PCRreagent kitis designed for the detection of SARS-CoV-2 RNA coronavirus in human biological sample (nasopharyngeal or/and oral swab) applying a reverse transcription and polymerase chain reaction.
Reagent kit is for in vitro diagnostics.
Scope of application of the reagent kit:
- a diagnosis of COVID-19 patients with clinical manifestations of viral and bacterial lung lesions; - an examination of patients with symptoms of SARS; - a medical examination of patients who have been in contact with infected SARS-CoV-2 in order to detect an early period, asymptomatic and erased forms of the disease; - examination of persons arriving from regions with a high level of SARS-CoV-2 infection and their re-examination before leaving the quarantine; - a testing in parallel along with for determination of the status ofSARS-CoV-2 patient.
