    GB W6Mo5Cr4V2, AISI M2, DIN 1.3343, ASSAB KM2, JIS SKH51 high speed  steel

    Flat: thickness:0.6~ 250mm , width: 30~ 810mm

3 Annealed hardness :≤255HBS  

 

4 Properties (HSS 1.3343)

• excellent compressive strength and  wear resistance 

• Resistance to plastic deformation

•Good toughness and thermoplasticity

 

5 Applications (m2 high speed steel)

M2 Is widely used for manufacture of metal-cutting tools, cold-forming
tools, such as cold extrusion rams and dies, as well as for cutting and precision cutting tools.

EF/ESR + forging+hot rolled +annealed
 
7 Process

Furnce material-melting-steel ingot-forging-forging billet-heating-rolling-slow cooling-collecting-annealing-finishing-inspection-package-warehousing

8 Delivery condition

 

Annealed + black/peeled/turned/grinding/polishing surface option, UT test accord with SEP1921-84 class c/c
