Product Description

Wood Shavings is a by-product or waste product of woodworking operations such as sawing, milling, planing, and routing. It is composed of small chippings of wood. These operations can be performed by woodworking machinery, portable power tools or by use of hand tools.
 

Wood shavings are used as mulch in gardening. Shavings conserve moisture, prevent weeds and grass and keep the plant roots cool when they are spread around plants and shrubs.

Piles of wood shavings have a cushioning effect.
