Heavy Duty Drawer Rack L888*D800*H2000mm (MR-001-UI) for Storing Moulds or Tools Storage 

Drawer mold rack is mainly used for storage of all kinds ofmold, which could be assembled with manual movable carriage on the top so as to easily take and retrieve the goods. The side rack was equipped with idler wheel rail on the bottom and the sliding shelf panel could be freely pulled out when loading. The middle type slide rack could carry less than 800KG/Layer, The entire drawer mold rack is section combination structure,   which is convenient for transport, and the assembly is simple and fast and this rack possesses better safety protection device. Special drawer type mold rack can be ordered.

 Note:The lowerfour levels can only be drawn out one by one.(when first level is drawn out. The second and third level can not be drawn out. Automatic safety interlock system for only one shelf extending at a time comes standard.

Mould rack is composed of uprigt frame, steel decing, support structure, self locking devices etc,

The support structure is the secondary design, the loading capacity of the single drawer is generally within 1000KG.

The drawer deking can be designed to the semi-open.It is suitable for storing moulds etc, the crane, forklift, self-made trolley can be used for picking up goods.The particular slideway design makes the small using resistance, and the self-locking device can be reliabl, and safe., Each drawer can be drawn out 60% of its depth.
