Alias gum, hydrogenated ester gum and glycerin three rosin ester;
Main ingredients:abietic acid triglycerin ester, abietic acid diglycerol ester, monoglyceride;
Properties: transparent liquid, flake, or light yellow granular solid;
Features: light color, low odor, oxidation resistance and good thermal stability, aging resistance, good compatibility with polymer materials (NR, CR, SBR, SIS, EVA etc.), good initial adhesion;
Density:1.095;
Softening point:>80℃;
Refractive index:1.545;
Acid value:< 10mgKOH/g;
Chromaticity (iron cobalt color number):≤10 4～8 ≤5;
Proportion:25℃ 1.060--1.090;
Solubility: soluble in aromatic and aliphatic hydrocarbon solvents (petroleum gasoline, mineral spirit, benzene, ethyl acetate, acetone), esters, ketones and chlorinated hydrocarbons; insoluble in water and low molecular weight alcohols;
Application:
1. SBS spray adhesive/all-purpose adhesive, EVA heat melting glue, SBS/SIS hot melt adhesive and hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive:adhesive resin;
2. Food grade adhesives;
3. Hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive, oil soluble pressure sensitive adhesive, no dry glue, iamination adhesive, EVA heat melting glue, polyamine hotmelt adhesive, sealant, varnish lacquer, binding adhesive, pipe glue, iamination adhesive, decorative glue, label adhesive, adhesive tape adhesive;
Beverage stabilizer, the gum base of bubble gum and chewing gum:increase viscosity, increase chewing and increase flexibility, keep the aroma;
Storage:
Stored in a cool and dry place, the shelf life is 12 months.
