Milled Glass Fibres is made from E-glass and are available with well-defined average fiber lengths between 50-210 microns, they are specially designed for reinforcement of thermoset resins, thermoplastic resins and also for painting applications. the products can be coated or non-coated to improve the composite's mechanical properties, abrasion properties and surface appearance.
Milled Glass Fibres improve finishing characteristics for surface applications. Great to use for reinforcing castings, or blend with resins to make a tough outer surface coating. Milled Fibres are compatible with Polyester, Vinylester and Epoxy resins. Available in 8um diameter only.
