Coated glass washing machine consists of conveying system, washing sect(discal brush system, round brush system, water washingsystem), air knife Isolated sect, air system, water system, control system.
There are sensors at the entrance sect and exit sect to detect the glass in and out. There would be an alarm if the glass stays in the machine. Gear transmission is very steady. Each step of washing is separated by air knife. And the washing machine equipped with independent water tank .The water tank equipped with wheels and handle for easy pulling out for cleaning.
