The honey has been collected from the hives all around the town of Vilkaviskis (south-west part of Lithuania) during the month of June. The land is rich with cozy forests and vast grassy plains, with no major industry hubs nearby (the closest one is 70km away). The honey is rich in taste, gives sustenance and has many various nutrients and other goodies - but I don't need to elaborate neither on this, nor on it's health benefits - you know that already ; )
It is 100% natural as it comes straight from the hive as well as organic and raw - a golden tastiness to enrich your breakfast (or dinner) table. At the moment it is in liquid form, but with time it will mature and become solid. Crystallization is natural process. How fast honey will crystallize depends on the amount of glucose and fructose within. Honey can have white spots visible from the bucket sides (food grade plastic), white spots can be found even inside of the honey. This is glucose crystalizing - that means the honey is natural and pure.
