Processable material types

Rolls unwinding unit

1. A group of unwinding shaft adopts pneumatic core shaft, making it easy for position alignment of material loading.

2. Loadable film diameter≤φ600mm, width≤1200mm, both sides of unwinding device are equipped with pneumatic locking device.

3. Unwinding tension with magnetic powder brake(25Nm)and roller type encoder for velocity measurement for automatic control, infinitizes the size of roll diameter, meanwhile pneumatic tension floating roll is attached in between.

4. Unwinding traction roll keeps accordant with main motor (4KW) for material output to ensure stable material feeding.  

5. Central PE layer adapts cylindrical material input, with a single tension device for unwinding machine and function of deviation correction, making positioning more accurate.

Tension roller

Roll materials enter tension roller independently and tension is adjustable by barometer.

Balance of tension
Equipped with regulating device for opposite sides combination between upper &lower layers. Floating tension roller as well as pneumatic tension adjustment will transform continuous feeding into stepping feeding, making material output more effective, equipped with film edge slitting device. They keep balance with traction tension, making material ametabolic and stable conveying.

Vertical sealing unit

Two groups of corresponding heat sealing and cooling device from top to bottom are available for independent adjustment by horizontal movement and linear adjustment by unidirectional cutter. By means of contactless thermostatic control, the available length for heat sealing is 640 mm and the available length for cooling is 510 mm, with heat insulation cloths and clamp membrane exhaust device from top to bottom. The quantity of assembling unit is adjustable according to client’s requirement.

Traverse sealing unit
① Equipped with two sets of AC 1.3KW servo motors for material feeding and traction drive;

② Hall-effect switch will measure signals of tension floating roller and carry out automatic adjustment for effective torque output. Pneumatic device is for pressure adjustment;

③ Traverse sealing device is equipped with four groups of vertical heating devices,   which can effectively solve heat sealing problem, with maximum 30 times for multiple conveying function;

④ One group of cooling device can guarantee effective cold sealing;
 
⑤ Moveable punching device is used for adjustment on all sides, as long as punching device fastens the bracket;  

⑥ Photoelectric positioning device can move backwards and forwards with bilateral micro-adjustment for the color code position involved;

⑦ Integrated type of slitting and punching for manual adjustment device;  

⑧ Electrostatic eliminator for fear of irregularity after cutting and drift rate of finished bags;

⑨ Equipped with adjustable conveying function and output for sufficient quantity, the output device is associated with fallback function for fear of the accumulation of bags;

⑩ Horizontal movement and beveling functions for cutting tool

Valve inserting structure

Punching is for disconnected film, with valves inserted into holes by automatic valve inserting system and film sealing simultaneously. This process coordinates with bag making machine for valves inserting. Meanwhile, the machine is equipped with automatic valve conveying device, ladder-type conveyor belt will deliver valves to vibration plate and then fixed channel will send valves to sealing station, with heat sealing done by heated sealing mould.

Film scrap rewinder 1 set      

Aluminium roller by electrochemical anode treatment together with rib reinforcement ensures film non-darkening. All of other parts have been phosphate coated for fear of rust.
