Automatic Nitrogen Evaporator - 20 Position

Organomation

Product Description

Organomation is very pleased to introduce our automatic/manual 20 position N-EVAP (Catalog #11220-A). This is our most advanced instrument we have developed to date, and combines for the first time our time tested N-EVAP technology with timed automation technology, nitrogen self generation, and an optional bench-top hood blower assembly. This unit can run fully automatic or manually, due to the integration of our unique pneumatic system which removes samples from the heating medium when the designated time cycle has been completed, or check on the sample process with the flip of a switch. The automatic concentration cycle reduces the likelihood of human error as well as cross contamination. The optional nitrogen generation system provides a clean, 99.9% pure stream of nitrogen without the physical limitation of a gas cylinders cost, dependence, and inconvenience. The nitrogen self generation unit can be attached to the control box or provided on a stand-alone basis depending upon your specific needs. Minimal maintenance, and cost effective payback help to keep future costs to a minimum. Depending upon the rate of nitrogen consumption, payback of the purchase of the nitrogen generator can be achieved within 3-5 years. With the purchase of an optional bench-top hood blower enclosure, the 20 position model #11220-A becomes Organomation’s first automatic, self enclosed, nitrogen evaporation system. A digital control system provides the operator with timed control of gas flow and bath temperature. Endpoint is achieved by our timed pneumatic system. Our improved energy efficient heater system heats the water directly providing fast heat up time while keeping energy costs to a minimum.

Our newly designed chrome plated brass needle valves allow for smooth precise control of gas flow in either manual or automatic mode. The standard stainless steel Teflon coated bath assures durability under harsh conditions. Full operation of the above stand alone system can be achieved with your choice of either 120 or 240 volt electrical source and a laboratory grade, oil free air compressor. An optional
large vessel sample holder is available for glassware between 30mm to 54mm in diameter, and has 9 Positions. Our new model 11220-A system has been designed to offer accurate and efficient endpoint concentration for a wide variety of applications world-wide. Please feel free to contact us for any specific questions about these instruments.
