Process:
1. De-dusting: remove the sand and dust
2. Washing: the raw material are washed with detergent for at least one and half hours and cleaned with water for at least one hour, hydrated for one hour.
3. Airing & drying: dried in drying machine at temperature 120°C for 30 minutes, the purpose is to degrease, deodorize, disinfect and sterilize, this process listed to guarantee our products are anti-microbial, hypoallergenic and with high cleanliness.
4. Cooling: cooling for 60 minutes, this step also can de-dust.
5. Inspection:to promise our products are up to the standard.
