CORNEX Wip Ping Cream Powder
Its clean, and dried cream powder with off-white or light creamy shade. Its been researched and well developed with the aim to assist food and beverage factory to save space and energy consumption for long term storage. With high-tech manufacturing process, although it is powder form, the quality is better and the application is similar to the liquid one.

High bulk density; 1kg of CORNEX Whipping Cream Powder + 1.5 litre of cold water = 5 litre/2.5kg of liquid whipping cream
Application: As decoration of cakes & pastries, topping for coffee, tea, sweets & desserts and to thicken mocktails & milk shakes
Usage Instruction: Put 100g of Whipping Cream Powder into 150 ml of cold water. Whip with an electric beater at highest speed level for 5 minutes.
