1. Use
PBTC is the new generation carboxylic acid of phosphine which prevails worldwide since 1980's. As one of the agents applied in formulating of high-efficient scale - corrosion inhibitor, it was used most widely and has best performance. It was widely applied to antiscaling treatment in cyclic cooling water system and flash system in oil field. Especially, it is suitable to be compounded with zinc salt and high-efficient co-polymer. Moreover, this agent can be uesd at conditions of high temperature, high pH, high alkalinity, high concentrating multiple. It is the excellent stabilizer of zinc salt and sequestrant and cleaner.
2. Characteristic
This product shows excellent antiscaling performance in much types of precipitating system including calcium carbonate, calcium phosphate and others. It's proof against high temperature, hydrolyzing effect, chlorin and strong oxidant. Its content of phosphor is lower to 1/3 of common water treatment agent of phosphine at present. Using this product, precipitant of calcium phosphine will not form. Using this product, even at high pH condition zinc salt will not produce precipitant of Zn(OH)2 owing to its excellent stablizing and chelating effect. This product also possess a good dispersing effect against high turbidity and high ferrite water quality. In additionally, it has advantages of low dosage, low total cost and so on.

4. Usage
This product is generally used to be compounded with other agent of water treatment such as zinc salt, co-polymer, organic phosphine, azole. The dose is 5~15mg/L while being used alone.
5. Package and Storage
250kg plastic drum or 1250kg IBC, to be stored in cool and ventilated room with a shelf time of one year.
