VISCOSET®F-200 is a versatile naturally occurring nonionic polysaccharide that happens to be practically stable creating various possible food products. Due to its chemical stability, VISCOSET®F-200 can be utilized in various juices, ketchup, baking, and ice-cream products. VISCOSET®F-200 capability of hydration in cold water with a stable pH range of 3-10 provides required rheological properties enabling its use in but not limited to Food Industry. When used within 0.05%-1%, VISCOSET®F-200 increases the drag force experienced by suspending particles, directly influencing the stability of the final product. VISCOSET®F-200 is odorless and tasteless but greatly enhances the odor and taste of the finished items.
