All those used iphones come from all over the world, and then we sort by grade. We sell A grade and B grade. A grade is at least 85% new, totally in good condition, some have minor scratches; grade B is at least 75% new, have obvious scratches on it. Thesee are all original iphones , even some we change the LCD, camera or battery, those are original accessories.
Claims and Returns: All products had been verified according to our inspection requirements and all sales are final. Any claims for shortage or incorrect quality or any other credit request must be made in 1 week after delivery (excluding the Improper use or any disassembly, repair, alteration or modification carried out by anyone. CAN NOT tear off our labels ). Otherwise they are deemed waived.
Appearance: We show pictures or video of products before ship out, if you pay the order prove that you accept this. So we do not accept any claims about appearance.
