  Two advantages of phytase HT85 when compare with others in the market:
  Firstly, natural thermostable, non-coated, can easily contact with feed, in 80℃ buffer 30min recovery is 92.46%, while DXM phytase is 8.64%, besides, in 85℃ buffer 10min, recovery is 87.3%. It is easy to repeat this tube test in your lab.
  Secondly, wide pH range, 2.0~7.5, optimum at 4.5, other phytase has no activity around pH7.0, HT85 can work at pH7.5.
