  OVERVIEW

   

  The SUL807 split ultrasonic level gauge measures the time it takes for an ultrasonic pulse to travel from start to return. The ultrasonic level gauge is installed vertically on the surface of the liquid, and it sends an ultrasonic pulse to the liquid surface. After a period of time, the sensor of the ultrasonic level gauge receives the signal reflected from the liquid surface, and the signal is selected and processed by the transmitter circuit. According to the time difference between the ultrasonic wave level meter sending and receiving ultrasonic waves, the distance from the liquid level to the sensor is calculated. Split-type ultrasonic level gauges are widely used for liquid level and volume measurement of tanks, pools and reservoirs, as well as for flow measurement in open channels.
  
  
  
   

   

  MAIN FEATURES

    The distance accuracy online calibration can be performed in different environments, the range start and end points, the output analog type mode, and the liquid level window lock value can be set by the keyboard. Automatic tracking of ambient temperature compensates for distance values. With 2-4 limit setting, it can be used for liquid level or position control (optional). With RS485/232 serial data output or 4-20mA/0-20mA analog output or 1-5V/0-5V analog output (optional). It has Echo Intelligent Recognition function and Medium Slope digital filtering function. For the small measurement target, the user can set the detection period from 100 times to 0.1 times per second. With value-added/difference ranging mode selection, it can measure distance and position. It can be operated by the keyboard to turn on the backlight of the LCD display at night, which is convenient for viewing and debugging, and can also be turned off during work to save energy. It has a choice of 1-15 transmission power, which can be modified at any time according to the working environment. Features such as temperature compensation, window lock and anti-interference correction, media sound speed adjustment (optional when ordering). It has the function of any digital shifting of the full range start point and end point. It has an artificial digital correction platform for temperature difference compensation in the acoustic wave transit zone. With 4mA, 20mA digital fine-tuning function, debugging is very convenient and fast. When the LCD is displayed, the display information is very rich. The information from the level, weight, temperature, current, voltage, limit switch status and other information are all displayed on the LCD screen, so that the user knows the working status of the instrument. String day data transmission can be sent either point-to-point or bus.
