Shipping by EMS world wide express shipping. After payment and order processing, normally delivery takes 5-7 days after the package clears China Customs and is sent on it's way to the shipping destination.
Some of the robots we sell only come with Chinese Instructions from the manufacturers. As an added service, Far East Sports has created English instructions for any of these robots. When your order is shipped, you will recieve these English translations with your EMS shipping conformation email.

ALL ROBOTS COVERED BY THE FOLLOWING 3 YEAR WARRANTY
Far East Sports will directly handle all warranty issues on all robots sold. The warranty period is for three years from date of purchase. From the day of delivery to 30 days, any failing or broken part(s) will be replaced and shipped with no fees. After the first 30 days and until the end of the first year, replacement parts will be free, but shipping will be included. In the second and third year of the warranty, the manufactures cost of the part and shipping fees will apply. (A clear picture of part must be sent to us, or the part mailed back to our head office in China for proof). After 3 years, providing the manufacture still makes the parts, we will sell you the parts at normal retail cost of part(s) from manufacture plus shipping fee.
