Application:
Suitable for cotton knit cloth, Roma cloth, four way spandex, N/SP, T/SP and other elastic fabrics pre shrink smooth use, can effectively eliminate the crease on the fabric, shrink width, release the internal stress of the fabric, so as to improve the quality of cloth dyeing.
Advantage:
1. According to different fabric, can choose to use saturated steam dry steam, or use wet steam wet steam, one key switch function.
2. For different fabric, can choose low tension pre-shrink to improve the shrinkage ratio, or choose high tension stretching to make fabric smooth, flexible switching.
3. The inlet and outlet steam sealing is equipped with the automatic adjustable double steam sealing structure design, without leakage during heat up. Compared with the traditional single steam sealing machine energy saving about 30%.
4. The top, sides, front and back of the steam box are equipped with thermal insulation material, so as to reduce steam waste.
5. The whole machine adopts Siemens automatic intelligent control system, running state visualization.
6. The whole machine is equipped with automatic temperature control system, automatic tension adjustment device, automatic water supply control device.
7. Touch screen controls the operation of the whole machine, and the function switch is completed by one button.
