1 vial - for min 1 liter and max 2 liters milk.

Lactococcus lactis subsp.lactis,

Preparation steps:
1. Boil the raw milk. (1 - 2 liters).
2. Cool it down to 30°-37°С.
3. Open the vial and pour the contents into the milk and stir.
4. Allow it stand for 6-9 hours by still keeping the temperature of 30-40°C. (put in thermos or use yogurt maker).
5. Put in the refrigerator until cooled down to 10°С without stirring.
Consume in the the next 2-3 days(72 hours).
Storage conditions:
12 months at a temperature of 2-8°C.
18 months at a temperature of minus 12-18°C.
