Valve body casted or forged, CNC machined, mechanical polished or electropolished. The diaphragm moulds are designed and manufactured by Ansha to improve the mechanical connection reliability. The seal materials comply with sanitary requirements. Fine tolerance between the valve body and the diaphragm is to minimize the wear. The opening and closing cycle is tested over 400, 000 times. With simple structure design and low flow resistance, it is suitable for the shut-off or flow control for sterile medium, ultra-pure medium, high viscosity medium and the medium with suspended particles.
