The 1200 thermal paper coating machine mainly consists of paper unwinding, blade coaters, hot air drying, paper finishing，calendering and winding, five parts. Distributed drive by variable frequency motor, it has a simple structure, easy operation and maintenance, low broke rate and so on. The substrate such as: paper, cloth, leather, aluminum foil, plastic film, etc, coated with specific functions glue, paint or ink, etc, and drying and rewinding. Coating method is by screen emulsion, or the adhesive is applied in a quantitative surface, paint and other liquids or melt polymer material. This type coating machine: unreeling, blade coating, air knife coating, drying, adjustment and soft pressing, rolling and other processes. Installed Introduction and Scope of supply: Automatic unwinding & feed paper device is composed by double rotary paper frame and continous paper feed device. Double rotary paper frame is composed by frame, swing arm, worm gear box, rotary driven shaft, air swelling shaft, paper roll brakes device and guide roller. The continous paper feed device is composed by the paper receiving arm, compression roller, cutting paper knives and paper guide roller. The system is controlled by compressed air system and electrical system.
