All columns are produced in-house at our factory based in Yuyao, Ningbo. The factory incorporates a wide range of specialist plant and equipment which has been developed especially for the needs of the lighting column market.
Specification
Our steel lighting columns are available in mounting heights from 3 to 14 meter (one piece joint).
All are designed to the latest EN40 standard. The columns can be used for post top or bracket arm applications. We also supply a range of integral bracket arm arrangements.

Product features:
1. Material The poles are made from longitudinally welded tube sections of hot rolled structural carbon steel having the mechanical strength properties as follows: a)Tensile strength: 410Mpa b)Yield strength: 240Mpa ;Higher requirement steel tube available on request.
2. Shape of cross section: Round, Polygonal, Fluted.
3. Hot dip galvanized to BS 729/EN ISO1461/ASTM A153.
4. Bitumen painting (400um thick maximum) or powder coating can be done on request(100um minimum).
5. Bundle package is possible on request(for top open container shipping).
6. Application: Street lighting, power transmission, private sector, industrial area.
7. Quality assurance: We operate a quality assurance system complying with ISO9001.
