We are located in the Los Angeles metro ***** form the middle east we have 37 years experience in fabricating flat bread ovens which make all types of flat bread including Lebanese Pita, Palestinian Pita, Persian Sangak, Lavash, Greek Pita, Taftun , Tannour and many more.
We also design complete bakeries and fabricate proofers & conveyors as well. We Can provide you with Ovens, First & Final Proofers, Coveyors, Oven infeed, Divider rounder's , cross sheeters, mixers and anything else that is required for your automatic or semi automatic operation.

We recently designed and fabricated the entire operating system (Oven, proofer, spiral cooling conveyor, *****) for Bimbo Bakeries USA/Orowheat San Fransisco and Dallas locations "sandwich thins" lines.
