  TERMS
  
  1.    50% of the said amount shall be deposited in the Tribal Government of the Philippines account for processing the Mineral Ore Export Permit (MOEP) and Ore Transport Permit (OTP).
  
  2.  In processing that kindly provide us with:
   

  a.   the name of the vessel or ship; and

   

  b.  the company name/ buyers name etc.

  
  3.  After the papers have been processed (MOEP/OTP) within 15 days the vessel must be in the port for shipment

                    
  4.  Prior departure of the ship the 50% balance must be paid.
