The mine-use liquid transportation TPU hoseconsists of an inner adhesive layer, a fiber-reinforced layer, and an outer adhesive layer. Functional Polyurethane elastomer is used for the adhesive layer, which oil-resistant, water-resistant, aging-resistant, and non-polluting to the transportation mediums. High-strength woven polyester is used for the fiber-reinforced layer, with the embedded conductive fiber; it works as the framework material of the hose wall, which has strong ability of pressure-bearing and shape-keeping, and non-static.
