Application scope:

working principle:
A double-layer spiral blade is arranged on the transmission main shaft of the mixer. The internal spiral conveys the materials to the outside, and the external spiral aggregates the materials to the inside. Under the convective motion of the double-layer spiral belt, the material forms a low dynamic and efficient mixing environment. The inner and outer diameter screws installed on the mixing shaft drive the materials in the barrel to make the agitator turn the materials in the barrel to the maximum extent. When the mixing device works, the inner screw drives the materials close to the axis to rotate axially, and the axial direction is pushed from the inside to both sides. The outer screw drives the materials close to the barrel wall to rotate axially, and the axial direction is pushed from both sides to the inside. The mixed materials can be mixed evenly in a short time.
Structural features:
Discharge mode at the bottom of mixer: the powder material adopts pneumatic large door structure, which has the advantages of fast discharge and no residue; Manual butterfly valve or pneumatic butterfly valve is used for high fineness materials or semi fluid materials. The manual butterfly valve is economical and applicable. The pneumatic butterfly valve has good sealing performance for semi fluid, but the cost is higher than the manual butterfly valve. Jacket can be configured for heating or cooling. There are two heating methods: electric heating and heat transfer oil heating: electric heating is convenient, but the heating speed is slow and the energy consumption is high; The heat transfer oil heating needs to be equipped with oil pan, oil transmission power and pipeline. The investment is large, but the heating speed is fast and the energy consumption is low. The cooling process can directly inject cooling water into the jacket, which has large heat exchange area and fast cooling speed. The motor and mixing spindle are directly connected through cycloid needle wheel reducer, which has simple structure, high operation reliability and convenient maintenance.
