LEAD ORE SPECIFICATION
Definition Metric Ton each means 2204.62 Pounds or 1000 Kilograms, wet or dry basis as specified. Dry Basis means Exclusive of any moisture which may be present. Dry Metric Ton (DMT) means a ton of Exclusive of any moisture which may be present. FOB means Free on board or Freight on Board as per incoterms and applicable revisions thereof.

4. PRICE
USD$650 per dry metric ton (60- 80% FOB balance on delivery) for Pb55%minimum, and $20 per 1%pb increase;
5. PAYMENT
Payment Terms: Irrevocable L/C(from the first class bank of the world)
6. REQUIRED DOCUMENTATIONS FOR PAYMENT
1.Complete set (3/3, three originals and three copies )of shipped on board bill of lading
2. Certificate of quality
3. Certificate of weight
5. Shipment advice indicating correct contract no., LC No., name of goods, name of vessel quantity loaded, approximate provisional invoice value and B/L date within 7 days after B/L date;
6. Packing list in 3 originals and 2 copies.
7. Certificate of Origin issued by Nigeria Chamber of Commerce indicates the contract number, and name of carrying vessel.
8. Beneficiarys certificate certify that full set of all shipping documents to be sent to buyer by the fax within 7 days after shipment.
Other Terms:
a. Third Party documents are allowed.
b. Partial shipment allowed.
c. Transshipment allowed.
d. 2% more or less on quantity and value are allowed.
e. Charter party Bill of Lading acceptable (for Bulk Carrier only).
f. All banking charges to be borne by buyer
