In all the lamps I have there are no two lamps that are Identical and this makes the colour labelling difficult and sometimes a little inaccurate. Many lamps are multi coloured with as many as 5 or 6 different colours on one side.
I like to use the phrase perfectly imperfect because when describing things created by nature that is often how they are. This holds especially true for Onyx Stone. The color defiinitions listed below are meant to be a guideline and help describe generally what you can expect to see when you look at a lamp as marked.
