Anode is considered astheheart of aluminium cell.Phosphorous iron casting quality will influence power consumption and cells'stability. Installation quality also varies a lot due to uncertain reasons. We develop an accurate, simple and stable device to detect casting quality in time, that is JW-1802 measuring device. From two or more spots detection, it can quickly detect anode casting quality and enhance delicate management and largely save energy.
