Complete your cooking line with this Garland 36ER32 heavy-duty electric range with 2 all-purpose sections and a standard oven. This heavy-duty range features a top with 2 thermostatically-controlled all-purpose sections that can be used as a hot top or a 24" x 36" griddle. The all-purpose sections have 3 independent controls so you can set the temperature for each section depending on what you need to cook.
For your low-volume baking and warming needs, this range has a standard oven base. The oven has a heavy-duty electromechanical thermostat and may be used alone or in conjunction with the range top. A single chrome-plated oven rack is included to support your sheet pans or hotel pans and the 4 position rack guides are removable to facilitate easy cleaning. The oven's door handle is heat-resistant and cool-to-the-touch to reduce the chances of injuries.
This range is made with a stainless steel front and sides for exceptional durability and corrosion-resistance in a harsh kitchen environment. Plus, it has a stainless steel front rail, a 3" high stainless steel vent riser, and 6" chrome legs that can be adjusted to accommodate uneven floors. 208V, 1 phase, 20.7 kW.
