MIXING INSTRUCTIONS
Regular Frozen Yoghurt: 1. Pour 4 litres of cool, clean drinking water into a mixing bucket or other mixing container. 2. Open a bag of berryo powder and pour into the water while stirring with a wire whisk. 3. For best results, blend the mix continuously for 10 minutes using a high-shear blender1. 4. Alternatively, keep mixing with the wire-whisk for about 60 seconds or until all the sugar has dissolved. 5. Allow the mix to stand for 10 minutes. 6. Add 80mL-240mL of lemon juice, stir vigorously before putting into soft serve machine and freeze down. It is natural for liquid yoghurts to show serum-separation during prolonged periods of rest, especially if the mix has not undergone high-sheer. To alleviate this occurrence, please either use a soft-serve machine with an agitator in the hopper, or stir the mix with a wire-whisk every 20 minutes. NOTE: Utensils used for preparing soft serve mixes must not be used to prepare or store other food products. |
STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS :
Unopened bags must be stored below 25ºC in a dry store area away from direct light, toxic chemicals, odours, insect- and/or rodent infestation. Once prepared the liquid mix must be stored below 5ºC and used within 3 days.
