Working Principle
- There are two sets of lifting mechanisms on the crane, each of them leads two pieces of wire-ropes one of which lead the equalizer bar fixed on the upper crossbeam. Clip two ends of the equalizer bar to the greatest extent with wedge iron (exceptional ones shall be fixed on the fixed wheels in the middle of the upper pulley). Such a group of wire-ropes are used to rise and fall. The other one group LED separately from the middle of guide trolley is used to open and close. It works the way that the pulley block is formed by reeling from the traveling block on the fixed on the two ends pulley shaft and clipped with the wedge iron separately. It is used to open and close.
- At the beginning of work, the rising-falling together with the opening-closing wire-ropes lift the grab bucket to proper position, and then drop the opening-closing wire-ropes. At this time, the gravity of the lower crossbeam and that of the bucket bodies to open the bucket with center on the lower crossbeam axis, and the bucket body come to its max. Limit when the stopper of two ear plate collides. At that time, the center distance between pulley axis of fixed pulley on the upper crossbeam and the moveable pulley on the lower crossbeam will increase. Then, the rising-falling wire-ropes and opening-closing wire-ropes drop at same time to drop the grab bucket on the piled materials. Loosen the rising-falling wire-ropes and raise the opening-closing wire-ropes to raise the lower crossbeam pulley to the original position of axis center distance to the upper crossbeam pulley. The blade mouth plates of the two buckets shut then lift the opening-closing wire-ropes and rising-falling wire-ropes at same time to hoist the grab with full materials. The crane with trolley will carry the grab to the destination where the rising-falling wire-ropes
Not work, and the opening-closing wire-ropes will drop to open the two buckets, and the work unloading finished.
