SAMATTM EP5001 (+) (f1) is halogen-free flame retardant Polypropylene (PP) with Phosphorus and Nitrogen as the main flame retardant elements. Flame Retardant by Carbonize and gaseous phase retardant mechanisms when burning. The flammability can reach UL94-V0 (0.75mm, 1.5mm and 3.0mm), pass the submerging test of 70℃×168 hrs (UL746C) and GWIT 775℃/3.0 and GWFI 960℃/3.0. The finished product has low density, low smoking and less corrosion to the molds. SAMATTM EP5001 (+) (f1) passed UL tests and meet the requirements of RoHS, SVHC, PFOS&PFOA, 17P, halogen- free and PAHS.
