Production Description
1. Summary
Dewater air knife is special equipment, developed for plastic compounding and masterbatch processing industry. It is used to rapidly remove residual water on strand surface after water bath cooling, so as to guarantee material to reach ideal final moisture content.
2. Characteristics
a. It has super strong suction, dehydration ratio of water on surface is above 99%, and moisture of nylon products can be controlled less than 0.08%.
b. With wear resistant ceramic suction head, material can through with small resistance, and easy to be cleaned.
c. With the innovative guide groove design and optimized air flow distribution, it has been applied to LFP field successfully.
d. With the innovative anti-back flushing and anti-blocking design, it can guarantee that the outlet will not be blocked by sludge for a long time.
e. With the innovatve multi-layer paralleling eddy cyclone machine, to realize high-efficiency gas-liquid separation and max. speed can head up to 25m/s.
