WFCNC Series automatic tube benders are designed based on the advanced technology for its mechanic, liquid, air and electrical power. This series can be controlled by the VDU touch-screen that can input, store and display the tube data and instruments. The three axis movements of machine (Y—distance between benders, B—angle of the plane, C—bending angle) are accurately driven and controlled by close loop servo system (Y accuracy ±0.1mm, B accuracy ±0.1º and C accuracy ±0.1º). So the machine can bend tube with mandrel and lubricate automatically. It also has the functions of bending spring-back repair, faults self-diagnose, memory with electric-off and self protection.
