Chrome plating:
The Chrome plating process uses the Chrome-Plating tank from abroad to place a layer of Chrome on to the cylinder to give the maximum life to the engravured cylinders. In addition to the plating, a tank based on the latest knowledge and technology in the rotogravure-electroplating field constructed with the latest materials, Controlled electrolyte flow and perfect temperature control give the cylinder a constant hardness all through.

If whole electroplating machines line is not feasible , you can purchase some of electroplating machine first.
1. Washing machine;
2. Degreasing machine;
3. Dechrome machine;
4. Chrome polishing machine;
5. Chrome plating machine
Chrome plating, dechrome by yourself , detail project as follows:
1. you can purchase the cylinder from your suppliers, which have finished the copper plating and engraved.
then chrome plating and dechrome by yourself.
2. the waste cylinder can be recycled by dechrome machine after printing ,
then send the recycling cylinder to plate making factory for copper plating, nickel plating.....
