Major causes for defects at a Garment Final Inspection:
- Misunderstood communication between your company and the Chinese producers on your benchmark for quality;
- Difference in the manufacturers view of what is an acceptable deviation from that benchmark;
- A blatant rushing of production;
- Unapproved changes in materials or processes;
- A scam or some sort of fraudulent company.
A Final Inspection will help ensure that that when your shipment arrives there will not be any bad surprises.
We will send an inspector to the factory to represent your companys interests by:
* Use the international standard sampling methods (MIL-STD-105E, ISO 2859-1, ANSI/ASQC Z1.4-2003) and the international standards for AQL (Acceptable Quality Level);
* Verify contract quantities;
* Inspect workmanship;
* Inspect Packaging, Labeling and Shipping Marks;
* Document each defect type with pictures;
* Grading the lot from the predetermined AQL;
* Inspect the merchandise to your companys approved drawings,
* Perform the audit when the order is 80-100% completed, packaged and ready to ship (unless otherwise requested); prototype, samples, specifications purchase orders or letters of credit;
