I.Brief introduction:This machine set bottle washing, sterilization, filling and gland as a whole, it is mainly used in soy sauce, liquor, beverages, vinegar and other liquid bottles sterilization, filling, and capping operations, the complete process is automatic, it is perfectly suitable for glass bottles, plastic bottles, plastic bottles requires sufficient strength and high temperature, so it is specially for the filling of products which is rich in foam , such as soy sauce, vinegar, etc.
II.Features and advantages.
1.Bottle sterilization takes High-temperature and zero distance to the inside of bottles, it can realize sterilization by high temperature within very short time;water washes both inside and outside of the bottles at the same time, besides, bottles can tip in 180 degree, water residuals can be removed completely.
2. Filling part use three-room low vacuum filling style, liquid level can be set manually, it can keep a consistent level of liquid and wont be affected by the error of bottles volume, nozzle slides up and down vertically by its own weight, it wont hurt the bottles, filling speed if very fast, bottles with gap or leak wont be filled, no leaking.
3.Capping process including caps delivery, arranging, picking and capping, caps delivery, arranging and capping can be finished automatically.
4.The whole machine takes human-computer interface, touch screen button, PLC controller, it is very easy to operate.
